Our corporate offices are located in Dallas, TX, USA.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Some of our products ship from our overseas warehouses. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 7 to 18 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. This includes those items which ship from our overseas warehouses to North Ameirica.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
We will gladly accept orders from the US and Canada. Please be aware that shipping and handling fees may vary.
What is this store's return and exchange policy?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, or unhappy with your purchase, please contact us at: email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. For damages and defects, you will need to provide the order number, item number(s) of the damaged items and the exact nature of the damage (ie, broken, missing parts, etc).
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase and need to return it you must contact us within 2 days of receipt of the purchase. We do not issue call tags or send return shipping labels. Customer pays return freight for non defective items. All original item pieces, item packaging, including the original box the item came in and all paperwork must be returned. We will either issue a store credit or refund the purchase price to your original payment method. There will be a 10% restock fee and original shipping costs are not refundable.
We warrant all items for a period of 10 days. If you receive a defective item or the item is missing parts, please let us know and we will work with you to resolve the problem.
